Gordon Brown has said he ''understands and respects'' the position of Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg in stating he wants to speak to Conservative leader David Cameron about a possible coalition.

The Tories have won most votes in the general election, but not an overall majority.

Speaking to reporters for the first time about the future of a hung parliament, the prime minister said he was ''willing to see any of the party leaders''.

  • Can we erase all evidence of these morons incompetence over 13 long and labourIOUS years--In fact can we erase the Labour Party?? Never in the history of British politics did we have such a pathetic government, a government of collosal waste 100s of Billions they've wasted over the years. They should be dragged before the High Court and be stripped of their assts and put on the streets where they belong.

  • @ru4life2004 it's not the only thing tho, i said that as an example, 1 of many errors they made aswell as sending our troops to Iraq and Afghanistan under equipped.

  • @ru4life2004 they did great things to our country did they ?? what like selling the gold at the lowest price.. yeah that was great haha

  • Cameron thinks abouts the rich people Labour thinks of eveyrone and Liberal Democrats have never been in

  • Look at his mouth when he speaks its really funny...

  • @melonhead82 That is a bit silly seeing as Gordon was his right hand man and chancellor, so he played a part in ruining it, and continued to do so right to the end. Shown as he didn't attempt to cut the deficit because of the unpopularity it would cause before the election, approx £1tn of government deficit is all from this idiot.

  • @melonhead82 going to oxford or cambridge does not "define" intelligence. Gordon Brown went to Edinburgh which is a highly prestigious university and whats the betting he applied (and failed) to get into oxbridge.

  • @melonhead82 agreed!
