None of the speeches from Halo (Truth, Rtas, Lord Hood, and Johnson all had some great speeches throughout the Halo games) or Killzone. Whenever Scolar Visari (Brian Cox) opened his mouth in a Killzone game, something awesome came out. I also noticed that the two other great speeches from Avatar, both by Quartritch, were missing. I'd have included some of Palpatine's speeches too, especially the formation of the Empire from RotS.
