I'd ditch the urinal and put in a shower. Also, I would have the bathroom accessible from the home and not the exterior.

No one has thought of this yet....if you get a 3m High x 2.4m Wide x12m Long container, turn it on its side so the room is 3m wide nd 2.4m high. This would make the rooms more or less like conventional houses.
I know you probably wont b able to stack them to high, but thats what I'm gonna do for the my bedrooms!
