Israeli citizens can walk have free movement anywhere in Israel regardless of race, ethnicity or religion. Israel has to think of security concerns as any state which is why there is on occasion movement restricted to the Palestinians. Gaza like a future Palestinian state will be Judenrein, that is racist, Israelis can't move freely in Palestinian only roads, can't purchase property nor can Palestinians sell them to Israeli - its a capital crime.
