This video has it bass-ackwards. Yes, citizens should sue the government ...
but to COMPEL the government to enforce existing immigration law. It is a federal felony CRIME to enter our country illegally, plus it's a felony crime to aid or abet, or to encourage or harbor, illegal aliens, punishable by 5 years prison and $5,000 fine EACH count.
That means too that all the TRAITORS in Congress serving FOREIGN NATIONALS HERE ILLEGALLY should likewise be prosecuted and sent to prison. Obama too.
