  • I am outraged by his comments! I have met and stood with many from Soulforce, and they are not in the least bit intimidating, nor is that their goal! The word soulforce comes from Ghandi's teachings on non-violence, and that is exactly what they practice. In response to his comments that "many of them want to be Christians," I would say that I have seen more of Jesus in the people of Soulforce (and other LGBT people) than I have seen in most Churches throughout my entire life.

  • Gays "target" churches, is that like Martin Luther King "targeting" whites who promoted segregation? Horrors, they threatened to hold up placards if Church leaders didn't meet with them? Oh the embarrassment! When many of us are in Heaven if there is a heaven, many people will be so, so ashamed of how they persecuted and vilified the helpless, and outcast. In an effort to define one's own goodness and godliness the "other" is called a sinner like drug addiction.

  • He is such a fucking asswipe.

  • I attended Bishop Harry Jackson's church for years. I love the man and he is a true man of God.

  • The reason why churches are getting involved is-because of the gay activist-they want to strip people of their religious rights. Haven't this country been founded on religious freedom. They have no right terroizing churches. Let someone do that at your organization and home and you'll see how it feels.

  • I love you Harry Jackson!!!

  • screw you sicknugly

  • These people are in denial! They don't "get the logic"? Have you not heard of the history of extreme violence, dating all the way back to the year 342 and happening til this very day?!?

  • These churches are right. The gay activist should not change the definition of marriage. Marriage should only be between a man and a woman. PERIOD!!!

Plus they had NO business threatening churches!!!
