i think you'd have to be stupid not to know that Raoul loved Christine as much as the Phantom, however, i would have stayed with him. Gerard Butler is just TOOOOOOO yummy to leave! silly, silly miss christine d'ae

i just saw the movie for the first time and my mother said to my dad trying to fill him in on what has happened during the sword fight said that the phantom is evil but i then replied "i do not think so i just think he loves her." i love the phantom more than Raoul any day i feel so bad for the phantom

I totally agree!! :D Though the one in the book/play isn't as bad as the one in the movie. But if you've seen the Lon Chaney movie (Black and white, 1920's) he's even WORSE! Anyways... :D
