Let's Nuzlocke FireRed: Part 27

We depart from Saffron City for sunnier climates and I get to screw around with the border some more. Huzzah!

Some of the scene transitions are still a little off. That will probably end up being next in my list of things to figure out a fix for. I am also dropping the catching animation for now, as it is a lot of hassle to include after every catch unfortunately.
