@felixduhcat89 I got it off of a website we have in Canada called Kijiji, it's like Craigslist.

I am curious, how did you get turned onto the Dvorak layout? I just found out about it about a month ago, and after analyzing the facts, it seems to be more logical to use it. I have always sucked on the standard QWERTY layout.

@USRoute66 I was with a friend one day and I was showing him different keyboard layouts. As a joke, I tried Dvorak for a week to see how bad I would be...and then I fell in love with it.
8 months in, I swear by it

For a while, Keytronics manufactured keyboards for Dell. The one you have from Dell looks like a Keytronics to me. However, there is no substitute for an IBM Model "M" with the exception of a Unicomp, which still makes this classic keyboard. Moreover, Unicomp will also ship you a keyboard with the superior Dvorak Layout.

@USRoute66 Yeah, but if you go to the right place, an actual model M is much cheaper. And It is entirely possible that the Dell is mabe by keytronics...but it's still membrane.
Which makes it good when other people are sleeping....

At the beggining i though you were a idiot with that dell keyboad (is it a alps one) but you did actaully change a model m

@Bentech1999 the Dell one is not an Alps one, just a very good membrane. However, the IBM model M is SO much better, I almost refuse to use a membrane keyboard.
