HHH couldn't hold Rock's jock strap. Rock came up with all odds against him (HBK and HHH trying to hold him down). HHH came up with the biggest guy in the industry pushing him (Shawn) but yet Rock still managed to make more of an impact and become more beloved by the fans. That's what eats at Hunter. That's why he so genuinely dislikes the Rock, it's simply jealousy.
