I seem to remember that both these cereals were exactly the same, except they were shaped differently. They were Cap'n Crunch ripoffs, from what I recall.

Bullwinkle & Rocky, Dudley Do-Right, George of the Jungle, Fractured Fairy Tales, Mr. Peabody and Sherman,
Super Chicken, and Tom Slick. I'm sure I forgot one, but you get the idea.

@thesailormercury1 - looks like him, kind of. Same moustache. Might be the same voice actor. Same cereal company. Heck, i think Cap'n Crunch, Quake and Quisp were all the same recipe, just different shapes, packaging and marketing. But Quisp was my fave anyway.
