The Goodman Manufacturing case was an OSHA whistleblower case in which a company employee was terminated for reporting on-site OSHA violations.

  • One more thing certifyme123,Trico Lift is an aerial rental company and they were so arrogent that six weeks after i contacted OSHA i was fired for it and even on thid day Trico Lift sent into a Sunoco Refinery a five ton lift that i just locked out unsafe and i provided complete indisputible company documentation with pictures they knowingly commited this near disaster! OSHA did nothing but attack us! There is something bigger going on here but we don't know what.OSHA 11(c) does not work!!!

  • To certifyme123,You need to read my comments on the DOL "Work in Progress" blog comment section that involves our 11(C) whistleblower case against Trico Lift.With the amount of evidence we provided there should have been criminal charges.Also check out my youtube video under OSHA whistleblower in four parts.There is way too much of our case to post here but if you have any questions please feel free to contact me,Trico Lift knowingly gambled with peoples lives and we have indisputible evidence.
