along with many other issues including the hunting issue we were lied to vote for EU membership....... that makes it a faudulent deal and therefore null ........ we should again be our own masters.... we do not need the beurocratic EU moster to run our lives.....

EU Vice President Verheugen is shamelessly contradicting his own words. EU Environment Commissioner Stavros Dimas says he wants to make an example out of Malta.
Malta's Government GUARANTEED spring hunting to Malta's hunters FOLLOWING REASSURANCE DURING PRE ACCESSION NEGOTIATIONS and has now been taken to the European Courts.
Malta's hunters are suffering an injustice to please top EU bureaucrats that openly contradict their own words and prejudice Malta's case.

Disrispectful people want others to respect them. How can one respect a lier li Verheugen? Picking up on Malta just because it is a small country and with a few of real maltese are left (those having the true patriotic character towards their country). Ban spring hunting if you want, but then, let us show the world how bullies we are by banning it WORLDWIDE, so that even we can admire migrating birds....

what a double faced person is this,is this how the EU works with small countries like Malta,by promising one thing and impose differently to them.Which Verheugen is telling the truth?Do these people govern the EU ,what a shame,he is not credible.
