This first episode is FREE on the US PSN store, but you will have to buy the remaining 3 episodes which come out on November, dont know how much they will cost each but a pack with the 3 episodes will cost $2.50...so they wont cost much individually.

No, the first one is free but all the subsequent episodes will be on the store for a price in November. But they're only a small bit of money, and I really enjoyed it so I'm more than willing to pay for them.
