What a lying bitch--we are not the second highest in the world. That's is simply not true--there are all kinds of loopholes. Most companies pay nominal amounts of revenue in taxes. It's simply the cost of doing business.

what about the forgein tax credit??/ form 1116???...the US tax code lets corps write off forgein taxes paid as a credit???...so who the hell is getting screwed here?
