材料:豆腐切塊、木耳絲、金針菇、豬血切塊、肉絲。
做法:先把肉醃過,加入1/8茶匙鹽、少許雞粉、1/4茶匙太白粉一起攪拌,之後把豆腐、木耳絲、金針菇、豬血、肉絲倒入鍋中汆燙,等到滾後就把食材過濾倒出,這樣比較乾­淨,再來準備另一鍋600cc滾水把剛倒出的食材再倒入鍋中,再加入1/2茶匙雞粉、1/4茶匙鹽、1/4茶匙糖攪拌後開小火,再來把蛋液淋上,再準備一大匙太白粉加入一­大匙半水拌勻後加入胡椒粉攪拌,把剛調好的芡汁慢慢倒入攪拌,最後加入一大匙烏醋、一大匙白醋攪拌均勻,再加1/2茶匙香油這樣就完成酸辣湯。
