135 Mile March for Health Reform Ends in Washington, DC

The day before President Obama's health care summit, SEIU President Andy and HCAN's Richard Kirsch led a march of several hundred spirited activists in Washington to demand Congress pass meaningful health insurance reform.

On Capitol Hill, key Democratic leaders in Congress heard from Melanie's March walkers and health care activists as they shared personal insurance industry stories. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV), Sen Harkin (D-IA), Sen Dodd (D-CT), Sen. Casey (D-PA), Sen. Brown (D-OH) and SEIU's Andy Stern also took turns at the podium to speak on the need for meaningful reform now.

I for one will be glad to see the fall of SEIU and see Andy Stearn in prison where he belongs. I am so excited about the Nov elections followed by arrests and trials for the treasonous behavior of congress. As for all of you sheep that think public health insurance is a good idea, just show me where in the US Constitution that you have a right to healthcare insurance. Dont site the peramble, general welfare did not mean "Welfare" as in free stuff paid for by others including food stamps.

Why do Americans want their GOVERNMENT to run their healthcare? Are they babies who can't take care of themselves? Why not stop smoking, turn off the tv, and drive the same car for a few years? That will allow them to afford it.

These people seem to not know what the real world is like. What will happen when the national healthcare system goes down the drain? Do you want doctors to get the same low-pay risk as teachers? The doctors will soon form unions that will become Obama's secret police.

First I have to say to Obamais person... you can't even spell LOSERS and OBVIOUSLY have no idea of what is REALLY going on... and can't count because there was a heck of a lot more then 75 ppl... and WE brought OUR own food and NO ONE was paid to be there... WE took the time out of OUR entire days to be there to rally for Health Care and even for people like YOU...hope you get an education...
