the good old days. the daily grind. gee coffee. the bottleneck. kansas city loves you, coalesce, and we are fucking grateful for all those shows you promised would be your 'very last'. your talent and passion did not go unnoticed. i have run into kids the world over who love your music.

@squidpiracy It makes me happy when I'm far from KC with a Coalesce shirt, or get to talking with Coalesce with someone, and they're so jealous that I got to see these guys in someones basement or living room, and a vfw hall, or wherever. Makes my super proud of the scene I came from.

@ElliottDenney I completely agree with your comments... But it is a shame that "stretched ears" are now equated with that awful scene, because they did not start it. I know you already know this, i'm just venting. I know a few tattoo artists/ body modification artists that HATE being pulled into that image. Even they didn't start it. But now, it makes you "scene."
