@Kurasutaru The writing at the end is Japanese, I recognized that much. Thanks to kamesangogo I now know what was being said and it was, indeed, Japanese. The manner of speech in the commercial was unusual and didn't sound like typical Japanese - it must've thrown me off.

It is japanese. They're saying たまらんとまらんマイルドソルト。translates to "can't resist, can't stop, mild salt".
If you look at the 0:14, you can clearly see japanese
