Ralph F. Boyd, Jr., President and CEO of the Freddie Mac Foundation, a self-funded private philanthropic organization, addresses the crowd at our groundbreaking ceremony. We have partnered with HomeAid Northern Virginia, the Freddie Mac Foundation, the City of Manassas, Prince William County, E.E. Wine, Inc. and John F. Heltzel, A.I.A., PC to build a 4,000 sq. ft. expansion of our family care shelter located at our SERVE campus in Manassas.
