I´ve beaten this game twice(I know it´s not much, but still...)and I´ve never seen the other place with the bomb rocks. Could you tell me where it is?

In my video pikmin 11, I pick up the Gravity Jumper - it looks like a blue spring or slinky or something. Go past where the gravity jumper is and drop down the ledge. You will need to build a stick bridge back up to where the gravity jumper is to get the bombs out.
