Cliff is the Technical & Engineering Teams Leader (Building Control- statutory authority UK) on this significant landmark project. Cliff L'Aimable is now arguably the most publicised Building Control Consultant in the UK, now achieveing sell out lectures especially in french speaking African countries where he has programmed seminars during 2008-09. He regularly appears as guest speaker at a number of international construction related events and currently is technical advisor for various UK property related TV productions, as well as to UK Members of Parliament at Westminster. Over the last year he has achieved much media and press coverage ironically more so in other countries than here in the Uk where he currently resides. He was recently featured (Aug.2008) in Business Weekly magazine for his critical comments relating to statutory control of buildings in Africa. National television interviews highlighted his ongoing contributions to sustainability issues and energy management in emerging economies.
