Here in Australia those houses would cost $300,000 or more in that state the medium price to buy a house in Australia $410,000, even shit suburbs homes go for the high $200,000. So this is a bargain i buy lot of these and go nuts with a bulldozer leave the land vacant and turn it national park with walking trails and wildlife or grow vegetation to help feed 7 billion people as food is starting to expensive. A loaf of bread here is $4

i feel real sorry for the people living around those houses because when you think about it all those abandoned and ruined 1 dollar houses are completley trashing their property values so they try to leave not only is now one going to want to move in by all those vacant houses, but they aint getting shit for their house assuming it sells
