Peanut Fried Bananas

Summary: With nobody to tell them that they don't know how to deep fry anything, the Barnett Brothers' plan quickly becomes a failed experiment. But Josh, the camera man, uses his Southern upbringing to save the project.

Ingredients: Banana Goop (sugar, flour, creamy peanut butter, water) Bananas Vegetable oil

Endorsements: Adam's Natural Peanut butter

Directions: Mix equal parts of the banana goop ingredients. Cut bananas in half and coat in goop. Fry in hot oil.

Josh Rating: 4 out of 5 - Should have used a little bit more peanut butter, but it was ok

Jeep Rating: Ours sucked... Josh's rocked. I wish we had made about 20 and kept them for snacks.
