Project 2 - Future in the Future

The assignment was 45 - 90 seconds that played with sampled sound. I sampled a handful of videos from that 1950's I found in the public domain. The videos seem to catalogue two very different visions of the future; a nuclear-age materialist utopia, and a communist apocalypse. It came out a little more heavy handed than I would like, but I couldn't help but marvel at the fact that the people in the videos, they are the only people in history who have had nuclear weapons and not been shy about using them.
