Our challenge is to not take for granted the gifts we have as Americans. American women have a special responsibility, indeed a duty, to use the power of our voices and influence to improve the quality of women's lives, everywhere.
@minnbassman That isn't even a logical argument, oh to a degree its screams "red-flags" everywhere however, in the way your choosing to use it as a form of counter-argument only makes the reality of dirty politicals jump out even more. Dude. We're talking about a former puppet, whose own political cabinet had a strong ally from the media in running whatever piece they choose! ..Fox! CNN! ...During the whole entire war nothing was even making sense it was pure confusion. Why? Real Question there
Anne Cutour could learn alot from her! Why is it when its beneficiary ONLY to them only to gain something will you hear the most logical argument that any Noble Peace Prize winners would get teary eyed. However. This is just smoke screen, coupled with a few popular trendy lingo from pseudo-intellectuals provides endless political rhetoric!
This woman is such a f**king phony! She talks about uplifting women of color yet she bashes Mrs. Obama constantly? WTF. She bashed Michelle for telling young black kids that it is ok to want to aspire to higher learning and be career-oriented and that it is not "wanting to be white" to want to pursue it. Tammy reads into everything and skews it! "Talking white" is a slur used by blacks against those deemed traitors for wanting out of the ghetto, which is something Tammy is clueless about.
@gulshabbo Thanks for the spelling error correction. My own spelling tends to get bad on these internet sites, as no one seems to be able to spell on the Net. It is hard to answer to you, as there are many reasons as to why the life-expectancy would go down. But, here is a guess:
1. Dictatorship (no more) So real numbers come into play.
2. War.
3. Islamic Jihad pricks who blow up markets and crowds.
4. islamic Jihad pricks who blow up anything not addressed in #3.
@gulshabbo What you write in this post is probably true. I believe 700 or so have probably been killed (or more) since the war began. The original post would put the number at 700 per day. That is a major distinction.
@minnbassman P.S. According to classified documents released by Wikileaks, nearly 700 Iraqi civilians were killed at checkpoints between 2004 and 2009. Furthermore, the Bureau of Investigative Journalism in London has determined that fifty families were shot at and thirty children died at these checkpoints during this period. You should also look up the Nisour Square massacre of 2007.
@gulshabbo I like the "esteemed" part of your response. So, over 3 years, on average, we were killing 200,000 extra women and children? Roughly 700 per day, taken out in the warfare? With the media so behind Bush during that time, don't you think it is hard to believe that we were killing roughly 30 women and children every hour of the war and nobody knew? Cameras everywhere? Where are the bodies? I suppose they buried them when the cameras were smashed.
No human being is subhuman but you can brainwash yourself into acting like one (by reading the Quran for example).

@gulshabbo Nonsense. Muslims were killing their women before we came, and unfortuanately will probably kill more after we leave.
