@Gilmourinski Calm down, buddy. If you do not understand portuguese, do not criticize! I did not say "shit" about Hendrix, just said that Eric Clapton is second only to Hendrix.
-
don´t talk shit about Hendrix !

Só perde para o Jimi Hendrix.

Really great recording quality. Ginger Baker cracks me up...what a beast!
My brother went to this show I believe...came home talking about the drum rolls with his feet.

i dont think musicians should have to be better/worse than another. they play music how they think it should sound. ppl have diff tastes thats all.

@bigbadfitter1 Incorrect

@meowandmeow SAME GOES FOR CLAPTON..God..you must be joking..

@tatethompson1234 Im not saying he is the best but rolling stone and 20 million fans says he is one of the best.Even his son couldn't come close to playing like his dad did.I never heard anyone play Kashmir,Moby Dick,hell any Zeppelin song and make it sound like the original....not even close.Yes Jimmy said they could find someone to fill his spot but no one could replace him.Whats with all the Bonzo hate? all drummers have their own style and cannot be replicated.

@eldeano1 Then you don't know about Cesar, look him up. There plenty of drummers like bonzo. Hes one of the greats, but personally nothing too special to me.
For my money the sweetest guitar sound in rock and roll is a Les Paul played through a Marshall by a good player.
Just gets that awesome tone thing going.

@stans06 The Paul was stolen, early '67 I think. It's then he got the then-new Paul SG, which he had painted by The Fool later on. I saw Cream their first night at the Fillmore, August 1967. I was so blown away by the music I'll be darned if I remember the guitar he was playing. I was mostly an acoustic player back then. Eric also used a 335 sometimes, then switched to strats early seventies. He can play a freaking broomstick and rock it.
