@losethemess Sorry I missed the second part of the question. The rules were easy to follow but cheating them was easier. Most of my weight loss came from daily vomiting.

@losethemess ....lying straight across. It should be placed on a 90 degree angle. That causes exactly what happened, the restriction then the dump into the lower part of the stomach.

@losethemess After the baby I had to wait about 9 weeks before I could get a fill again. I went in and had it done which gave me restriction but only off and on. Sometimes I could feel it and was fine, but most times I felt like I could feel the restriction then a huge drop of the food to the second half of my. So I continued to eat, thus gaining weight. I then changed insurance which changed my doctors, so now Im back at the Naval hospital. With my initial consultation, they saw my band was....

What do you mean "Your band failed?" Can you be more specific? Where you unable to get restriction again? Was it to hard to follow the lapband rules?
