We arrived at the Days Inn in Ocean Shores Washington after booking the trip on Priceline. Less than an hour into our stay we noticed bed bugs. Of course we left immediately and booked another room elsewhere.
Where it gets incredible is that Priceline and Days Inn refuse to give us our money back. They expect us to pay the full 2 nights booking price because the manager says he didn't see any bed bugs.
Well here is our proof. And we even got a desk clerk to confirm the bed begs were at the Days Inn hotel in Ocean Shores Washington.
My favorite part is when I zoom in and you can see the bed bug hop around on the sheets. Yuck!
I will NEVER use Priceline again. Even after repeated calls to their Customer Service department they refuse to give me a refund. I encourage you to ditch them too -- unless of course you like a little company in your bed while you sleep.
Priceline didn't put the bedbugs there you knucklehead. They are a booking service. It says in their fine print that there are no refunds. You have a legit gripe against the Hotel, but not Priceline.

@tmont007 Well I didn't pay the hotel -- I paid Priceline. And they were the ones who refused to give me a refund even with proof of bed-bugs. Priceline should stand behind their service.
