Uh you don't really need to explain anything to insurance if you don't know. Call it vandalism if you want, but if you have car coverage and you can at least show that it was not your fault (ie: parked) then they [legally] have to pay you.
That said, funny vid. Would sure suck to be him.

Can i explain this to the insurance company ?! Why sure.... Hello insurance company, i parked my car near a race track and one of the wheels came of the race car jumped the fence, went across the road and then smashed into my car, heres the video of it as evidence. Thanks, now pay out..... Quite easy really. Good video, silly question :o)
