Good job OP. Wish you were using a wok. timecola: Maybe try replacing some of the regular Soy Sauce with Dark Soy Sauce. It gives the dark color but less salt.
Your making me hungry! I was taught to use day old or older rice when making fried rice. This gives the rice a chance to dry out a little, I learned to do this from an old man who worked as a chef at a chinese restaurant. He said day old was good but 2 days was better and to break up any lumps before frying it. Give it a try, you might like it.
im gonna make this... minus the shrimp... add the chicken.. i like fried shrimp.. gotta be breaded.. looks good tho.. u didnt say this vid would induce tummy growlin

that's too much soy sauce, you can't taste anything else.
if it is really restaurant style, you need to add a little bit MSG inside.
