@computersolutions164 hahaha me? Obama's speeches? Nope... but if I were a native speaker of English, then I could fill in to get this job :-)
As long as I'm not that good at this language, neologisms like 'autocue', or even expressions (idioms) like 'the side of the pond', does not mean anything to me :(
Auto (self) and cue (tip, suggestion)?? De qualquer modo, tenha um bom fim de semana.

@ieBrazil Thats a cool job by the sounds of it - Do you revise Obama's speeches by any chance. He's is known as the "autocue kid" on this side of the pond you know.
It's quite funny to watch when it all goes horribly wrong too, but then I wouldnot want his job and I guess we are all human...

I work as a text revisor and have been finding so many linguistic circumstances that I'm considering this the best job that I ever had.
How come a same author (Doutor, PhD as you say in English countries) write in a single paragraph three spellings for a same person!!!??? I take them as tricks for us, revisors...

@trainman584 Well Derren has already been to the U.S, but I am not sure that they understood what he was all about though.
Can you imagine Derren doing a "Trick or Treat" surprise on a U.S participant, they'd probably call the cops or something, which in itself would be quite funny.
I suppose Derren could hypnotise the cops now that would be hilarious to watch
