At least that's the impression they leave me, for one thing they always partner Rupert on some of his better adventures. Pong Ping, like Rupert, has a similarly fun personality and seems very open minded, while Podgy never fails to make me laugh. And neither one wants dominance over Rupert, much unlike that badger he always hangs with.
