At 3:49 its one of the old Crumlin Viaduct buttresses that joined it to the mountain. At its time it was the worlds largest spanning iron structure. If you enter 'Arabesque Chase' in you tube you'll see it in all its glory just before it was taken down.

Britannic Villas still exist in Crumlin today - they are situated on Gladstone street which is on the Hafodrynys side of the valley. Hope this helps.

Thanks Michelle. Yes Britannic Villas is shown in the film, its Britannic House which I'm searching for. It was near Britannic Villas but must have been demolised.
