@Mellout2018 It really depends on the jurisdiction as laws vary. Actually, ever play Police Quest 3? I know it's a game, but it was co-made by a cop named Jim Walls. In it, if you shoot a crazy guy in a pond, he tells you that it was wasn't warranted because "he only had his mouth and his fists" Which made me think, "Well, some people can kill with thier bare hands can't they? Doesn't he know this?"

@Mellout2018 Um, because it's his duty. I don't know exactly when you are allowed to use your gun, but they would need to arrest someone like that (actually, Tyson did get arrested a few times) how they'd do it.

@Mellout2018 Doesn't it really depend on who the cop is arresting? I always wondered how a cop would arrest a marine, or Mike Tyson (without a gun, in this case, by trying to subdue/restrain and cuff him) who have pretty superior martial arts training.
