dns tech support

This was a video made by Craig Hickman and David Smith. It was taken around 1998 and made to look like a spoof of a real tech support call. The video was hosted on Suso for a while and actually made it around the net quite a bit. Eventually Kiva Networking, where it was filmed and who had the DNS server IP mentioned in the call was e-mailed and called about it asking if that's how we really treated customers.

I can't tell you how accurate the call is though. Its spooky.
