Human Events contributor Neil W. McCabe sat down with Gibson Guitar CEO Henry E. Juszkiewicz in the Capitol Hill office of Rep. Masha W. Blackburn, R-Tenn., his long-time friend and representative in Congress three hours before Juszkiewicz watched the president's Sept. 8 address to a Joint Session of Congress at Blackburn's invitation. On Aug. 24, Gibson Guitar was raided by more than two dozen armed federal agents in combat gear. The agants seized thousands of dollars of rare woods and other materials as part of an investigation that the company had used illegally logged woods. It is a charge Juszkiewicz denies.

  • No charges filed. Inventory confiscated, records confiscated....This is how the Obama administration creates jobs OVER SEAS.

  • The Obama administration got what they wanted out of this. No CEO will dare speak out against them now.

If I were an American CEO, I would tell everyone I'm a democrat and cheer on Obama. It's simply a way to survive in a sick society like today's US.
