They are, and were always great!
Candi Staton was with this amazing group since their earliest recordings in 1953, until she started singing secular music in the late 60s. She then changed her name from Canzetta Staton to Candi Staton.

The young later who hit the note is Ann Garder, top right. Watch her carefully @ 2:20 And she can still hit that note today. She just did it about 2 months ago @ Cedar Street Baptist Church in Richmond, VA..
