Nope Northern Spain (basques, galicia, etc.) was never conquered by the Moors as your video fails to mention. This is like saying Argentina conquered Brazil, something that never happened. Anda-Alusia was Southern to Middle Spain, but Nothern Spain was never conquered as every attempt by the moors to invade the north was defeated and also the mountains help provide protection to the north. This means the north is still pure european. In fact, scientist admitted that basques are purest europeans
