@xKINGkhanSRKx Not really. To get those popping abs you need to add weight resistance. Same principle apply to the rest of your body, you are not going to get bigger muscles from high repetitions. You get big muscles from lower reps and bigger weights.

what does adding weight to your crunches do??
could you still get a nice 6 pac without using weghts and just doing crunches normally?

Dude, I feel like an idiot for asking, but how do I make sure that frikkin' ball doesn't shoot out from under me? I've tried, luckily w/out the weight...but it's shot out a coupla times, kinda annoying. Is it my positioning or the ball? (pls be the ball)

So, when is he going to be a superstar? Great voice, great face, killer body, friendly but in-charge demeanor. They need to create a show like Biggest Loser, but one that takes "normal" office bodies and transforms them into super hotties.
