She was a wonderful actress & beautiful as well. It's a shame she didn't play many similar roles to Cleopatra. As someone said earlier, she was sublime.

I saw one of her movies- Liberty was in the name somewhere, I think- started w/ her as an "artful dodger"type character- lived w/ 2 guys and left at the end, breaking the old guy's heart - any thoughts on what the name is?

@thanth11 Yes, I think you're right. The photo must have been mis-labelled. This is one of my earlier videos which was made a long time ago and is due for a re-make. Thanks for spotting it. BAZ

she and Carole are my favorites, I adore Clauddette and her movies, thanks for this lovely tribute and I don't think she was a lesbian, she was married and loved her husband
