Is there a faux finish technique for making a faux finish look like real victorian wallpaper, or wallpaper that looks like something out of the disney ride "The Haunted Mansion"?

start from a corner... usually top... work down, because of drips. i like to start in the middle on one side and work my way up and down as i go across the entire wall. if you cant work fast enough as the paint dries then your in trouble... youll start to stretch dry paint if your not fast enough to catch your seams before they dry.
