Ofc they are dangerus people, and ofc they need to be arrested, but this isn't all about revenge. Just locking them up will cost nothing more than resources and time. When they get out again, the same shit will happen. That's how the prison system in America works. You end up a worse criminal AFTER the prison stay. There is other methods to turn around a criminal. Isn't that what prison should be all about? To change their lifestyle..
