@wpgoodpeople Me too I will go to Thailand in June.The tour operator said that going to Koh Samui in that period is the better decision to take.

Koh Samui is nice but sorry my friend,the beaches in the caribbean are much better !
I went there last month for 2 weeks and i was disappointed!

My wife and i are traveling to Thailand in June for two weeks. We plan on visiting Bangkok for a couple days, Chang Mai for a few days and end up in the South somewhere. We're struggling to decide on weather we should stay on 1)Ko Samui Ko Pha Ngan, Ko Tao, or 2)Phuket, Krabi, Ko Phi Phi and Phi Lei
Any thoughts or recommendations on which of the two options to choose? Of course we're looking for the works, some hiking activites, quite beaches, and decent nightlife. Thanks!

@wpgoodpeople Sorry I missed your comment. It depends on what you're looking for anyway. For quiet beaches, Koh Pha Ngan or Koh Tao; for nightlife, Bangkok.

@Skalmans750 I believe the question was "what's the BEST beach," not "what's the most overdeveloped/touristy beach." ;-)
