The middle piece is called "Illya" it was written for McCallum character Illya Nickovetch Kuryakin. It's from an older album from the 60's

(Nice touch at the end there.) Possibly my single favorite TV theme of all time is Jerry Goldsmith's first season paramilitary arrangement of this theme. As I was watching the visuals, I was thinking about iconic buddy team-ups, and Solo/Kuryakin is second only to Kirk/Spock. (Robinson/Scott is very, very close...)
