  • how about asian hair.... cant really get the color to this always turns out orange

  • @wine712 When coloring Asian hair (presuming it is natural color and not colored) it is always best to lift the color lighter using a Green Base color. Green will cut the orange/red that appears in the hair. The higher the volume of peroxide the higher the lift (lightener). So, it is best to place darker hair types into the hands of a hair color professional so that the formulas can be formulated correctly. Perhaps at times it may take more than one application... but it CAN be achieved!! :-)

  • @MyBellaColorStudio I have a question...isn't it blue that wil take away the orange appearance? I will be going to cosmetology school soon and I always heard that blue is opposite orange in the color wheel and that they are complementary colors.

  • @HelloImQuin Thank you for commenting! Happy you like the results! I do not have this particular color application on video... but if you look through the other videos showing foil applications, I think you will get a good idea of my foiling work and color placement. This result most definitely uses color placement to achieve the multi-color results. Any questions, please ask.. and as I am able to film advanced foiling, I will! :-) Thank you again for writing. :-)

  • Can you show us how you did this?

    I really like this!
