You have to remember, the 80s were a more "innocent" time, at least they were compared to today. Sure, these kids had no clue about some of the words (well, maybe Markita did), but they did a great job.

you all need a life, this show was on almost 30 years ago ( aw craaaaaaaap that means im old) were some of the song choices questionable, yes, were they too young to sing some of them, yes. but i think the fact that their versions of the songs were better than the originals supercedes anything else. oh and stacy or fergie whatever you want to call her, ive crushed on her since i was 8 and still do today, shes whatever she wants to call herself.

Yeah, the song choices were definitely questionable! Sure, they sound good, but they should've picked more age-appropriate material. :P Oh well...we still haven't learned THAT lesson: look at the songs and dance moves the kids are doing now! lol Sad...
