Add &fmt=18 for HQ audio.

Track 5 on the CD. I've mentioned in other videos that a lot of Koudelka music sounds like other games Hiroki Kikuta has done, but at the same time it's still very good.

You also have to appreciate the effort that he went through essentially running his own game company and contributing the bulk of the work AND writing the music. It's a shame the game wasn't as good as it could have been, as it was an extremely ambitious project.
