Smartly remove a selection using GIMP and the Resynthesizer plug-in (a free download).

not the best example. if you play with the configurations a bit you can get a seamless removal.

@hanciong: I guess you are on Windows if you ask that... go to the website (sorry, YouTube does not allow posting links here) download the ZIP file and extract it into the directory structure (I believe some files have to go in Program Files)
