I like some of the concepts of this prison. Minimalistic, and terrible. I don't like some of the Sheriff's ideas and such, but overall the pink outfits and treadmill-powered tents is great and so environmentally friendly. I just disagree with the minor-offenses making into this tent city. This guy is forward thinking and progressive.
